As an Instant IT Support client, we would first create an account for your business and then setup an IT task to be worked on, we only charge for the exact amount of time spent on a task, an invoice is sent when there is at least 60 minutes logged, we are happy to hold time on your account and carry this forward to subsequent months until there is 60 or more minutes to invoice.
